Marie Presti has been a Realtor since 2001 and earned her MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and BA at Mount Holyoke College in Math/Computer Science. She specializes in luxury homes, rehabilitations, and multifamily/condominiums. Her real estate designations, including the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) has given her the skills necessary to artfully market and negotiate on behalf of her clients. Marie is also a Leadership Academy graduate at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and is on the board of Directors of GBAR (Greater Boston Association of Realtors). In March 2009, she was named one of Boston's top 10 Real Estate Professionals by Women's Business Magazine. She gives back to the community by serving many not for profit organizations including President Elect of the Newton Rotary Club, Director of Newton Mother's Forum, Newton Historical Society, and many others. She is technology savvy and teaches many real estate classes at Newton, Wellesley, and Needham Community Education Programs. She is now the broker/owner for the Newton and Wellesley offices of Realty Executives and partners with her sister, Fran, to form Presti Realty Group.
